How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within an hour during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm). Messages sent overnight are answered first thing the next morning.
Is the free appraisal really free?
Yes — no cost, no obligation to list afterward. Darren will visit, walk the property, and give you an honest written valuation.
Can I book a private viewing outside open home hours?
Absolutely — select “Book a viewing” above and mention the property and your preferred times, and Darren will arrange it directly with the seller.
Do you only work in Hamilton city?
Hamilton is home base, but Darren also lists and sells across the wider Waikato, including Cambridge and surrounding towns.
